The Ivy Wall

I still can't believe I decided to stay in Seattle for the summer. That was probably the most difficult and best decision that I've ever made. But nothing will ever beat the feeling of being home. A part of me still feels at home when I'm in my parents'  house in Los Angeles; driving through Hollywood just to pass my old high school; or when I'm surrounded by my loved ones eating a my mom's savory meals. I couldn't resist seeing my family and friends so I randomly took a week off from work and flew home.
While I was home, I got to spend time with my sister Marci. No, we aren't blood related but we sure do act like it! We were on the hunt for somewhere healthy and stopped by Urth caffe in Downtown Los Angeles.
After we finished catching up, we were reminiscing about high school and decided to drive by. Just across the street there is a beautiful little flower shop which has a massive ivy wall. I couldn't resist asking her to do a little photo-sesh with me.
And there was no way I was leaving without taking her picture. I enabled suggested her to purchase the harem pants and light knit cardigan because they are one of the most comfortable items I own. Seriously, try them on if you go into a store. They come in a selection of colors and prints that look good on every body type.
ME: Hat: H&M | Top: Forever 21 | Jeans: AllSaints | Sandals: H&M |
MARCI: Necklace: Urban Outfitters | Cardigan: H&M | Pants: H&M | Shoes: Thrifted |

Although it was great to be back in LA, I'm realizing that home is wherever I'm at peace. I'm at peace in my new apartment. I'm at peace within the city and wilderness of Seattle. I'm at peace being in a new environment. But I won't forget about my other home. Where is home for you guys?
